Our values reflect those of a business started by a group of childhood friends turned fishermen and the healthy and sustainable lifestyle they promote. This group of friends took their love for the leisurely activity of fishing, and developed a sustainable fishing company that provides high quality, line-caught, sustainably sourced wild fish. In 2018, they took their responsibly sourced seafood of superior quality and their love for a culinary tradition and opened blue poke.
With over 30 years of experience in the seafood industry, we adhere to the strictest of quality control standards; anything that’s fished, packed, cut or sold will have the oversight of an authority in the business. We make sure that only the freshest, top tier ingredients are available for your consumption. Trust us... we have sea cred!

Our ahi tuna is sourced directly from our sister company. All of our wild ahi tuna are line-caught using circular hooks and sourced from artisanal fishing vessels. We select our fish one-by-one to offer only best in class and guarantee that every fish we sell has grown to maturity.
